Waiting for a parcel at an easybox? When time is tight, you can extend the free storage period by an additional 24 hours from when the parcel was loaded into the easybox.

If you have opted for home delivery with Sameday, the SAMEDAY App offers several advantages:

• Real-time delivery tracking: You no longer need to worry about missing the courier while out shopping. The app will notify you up to two hours before delivery, and you can access an interactive map to see how many stops remain before yours.
• Online payment of cash-on-delivery amounts: Avoid preparing cash—you can pay online directly within the app when your parcel is out for delivery.
• Redirection to any easybox: If your delivery is eligible for easybox pick-up but currently en route to a courier, you may redirect it to any of Romania’s 4,900 easyboxes.
